Artistic Director/Producer        Eldarin Yeong

 

Eldarin was trained at the Imperial College London and the University of Bristol as a scientist before she studied at RADA in Theatre Directing and Producing. She is the winner of the 3rd prize International Award "Lorenzo il Magnifico" (2019). 

 

She is heavily influenced by Symbolism, Theatre of Absurd and Expressionist Dance. She is passionate about physical theatre and cross-disciplinary work and often takes a stand on controversial social issues such as honour killing, child neglects and abuses, forced marriage, and the life of older LGBT+ people. 

Her approach is to combine scientific investigation, analytical observations with imaginations. 

Artistic Director           Zi Ling

 

 

Ling is a visual artist and a member of the Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours. She was trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and Chelsea College of Arts. She joined the Studio in 2016. 

Ling is the winner of Cass Art Prize (2019), DAC Beachcroft Space Prize (2018), Frank Herring Easel Award (2018), First Prize of Leathersellers Award (2016), and the Rosemary & Co. Prize (2015) from the Princess Michael of Kent. 

 

Her work has been presented at many prestigious venues and exhibitions, including the National Art Museum of China, Royal West of England Academy, Royal Society of Portrait Painters, Sunday Times Watercolour Competition, Lynn Painter-Stainers Prize, Columbia Threadneedle Prize, and Wells Art Contemporary.

Paralegal Consultant         Jann Yeong  

 

 

Jann is the founder and the chairman of Taiwan Animal Legal Aid, the first NGO that provides legal assistance to animals in Taiwan. She is a qualified barrister trained at the College of Law, London. Apart from her work in animal rights, she also specialises in Trademark and Intellectual Property.
